At birth, I think you are born clueless. You don't have a degree of selfishness or evil that resides in us at birth. The evil doesn't just appear in you as you are born, it takes actions throughout a period of time to inherit a evil or selfishness feeling inside. I think people are inherently good because it is the people of their surroundings that effect there thoughts and actions. People are all good but it is what other people do to influence what is wrong to make a person evil. Society and the environment corrupt people because through the process of growing up, you are affected by many people. Those are the ones that can benefit and help you succeed and some who negatively affect you. Without a society that is not always positive affects the outcome of your thoughts towards people.
